Margo's Bath & Body has selected USPS as our main delivery service for the Continental United States.  UPS and FedEx will be used in some cases.
A physical street address is required for delivery by UPS.  US Mail will be used if you use a PO BOX delivery address.

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.  Margo’s ships from Dallas, TX.

Shipping during the Summer months are Monday through Thursday.  We don’t want our products sitting on a hot delivery truck over the weekend.

Margo’s does not ship Internationally.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from margosbathandbody.com, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.

Damages

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-877-461-2454 or at margo@margosbathandbody.com or margo@margosmixtures.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax of 8.25% will be automatically applied to your Margo’s Bath & Body order for all orders with a Texas Billing address.
